Apart from above certifications, our Nominated/Selected/ Scrutinised suppliers have the below in-house or under one roof facilities;

​

  • Spinning --- Suppliers Modernisation efforts have brought major changes to the textile industries; spinning is core of it. Some suppliers have state of the art own spinning facilities covering complete sphere of yarn manufacturing including ultramodern automated set up with high-speed ring frames. In the mills, opening of cotton bales till packing of yarn all is fully automated, even our quality control is responsible to make sure uniform blend of fiber. To ensure, new high speed automated feeding equipment, performs at peak efficiency and fibre properties are consistent.

  • Warping/Sizing --- Warping/Sizing is an initial process to prepare the yarn. The method of applying a protective coating upon the surface of the yarn is termed warping. At our warp operation, we carefully combined the yarns from several cones and made a protective covering.

​

  • Weaving --- Weaving is the technique of creating a cloth by interlacing vertical and horizontal threads called warp and weft at accurate angles. Weaving is the most pivotal method of fabric manufacturing; suppliers meticulously interlace warp and weft to make a fabric.

​

  • Knitting --- The knitting process basically involves continuously interlinking or knotting series of loops of yarn using needles. These consecutive loops are inter meshed into the previous loop structure.

  • Designing --- A team of highly trained designers create inspiring new designs; focus of our design professionals is a plethora of original, creative and unique artwork. This is the hub of wild colours and innovative forms.

  • Bleaching, Dying & Printing --- We pay close attention to each stage of manufacturing and ensure high-quality dyeing. Suppliers also have own Dyeing, Bleaching & Printing Unit with the most up-to-date machineries. Reactive/Indanthrene dyes are utilized in the dyeing process as per the customer’s demand. Through a specially trained staff of professional designers and state-of-the-art computerised designing CAD stations are able to create and modify our creations as well as designs provided by our customers.

  • Finishing --- Suppliers has a range of excellent stentering machines from Reggiani – Italy and Monforts – Germany with fully automatic controls. These can be used for batching and finishing of fabric having Mahlo weft straighter at entry and exit points to avoid bowing and skew ness. Machines are equipped with Infrared which helps in pigment dyeing in pastel and medium shades. Suppliers have got extensive calendaring equipment including latest “Nipco Bowls” as well as wide width Sanforising machine. Wider width helps of skilled officials & can-do best finishes as:

  • Cutting --- During the cutting step, carefully cut the fabric and give the shape as per the finalised pattern. To ensure proper cutting, complete the design first, then cut the fabric according to the shape and submit it to the sewing step.

  • Stitching --- Suppliers operating one of the latest cuts and sews facility in the facilities requires perfection of skills, superb hands-on management & ultra dedication which can only come with a passion for quality and timely performance.

  • Quilting --- Suppliers have a professional automated quilting service with electronic machine is known for its versatility and precision, enhanced by the new master computer, which has revolutionised quilting technology to change and challenge the rules and parameters by adding new features to the programs

​

  • Packing --- Most of the suppliers have a separate packing department to examine the products before packing them. He packed products in seaworthy export boxes according to the buyer’s specifications, such as assorted or separated. Then after a thorough analysis, get the product ready to ship.
